Fresh & Perishable Items

For food safety reasons, perishable items (boudin, cracklins, specialty meats) cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right, a replacement or refund.

Gifts, Seasonings & Merch

Unused, non-perishable items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
